How Do You Fight Acne? Share A Tip or Two 😉
My tip= stay away from greasy foods.
I try to eat healthy, get as much sleep as I can, and wash my face every day (but not too hard!)
Adult acne is the worst, especially hormonal acne. I have discovered a face wash that has helped immensely: Dr. Woods Tea Tree Facial Cleanser for oily/combination skin. Since I began using it I haven’t had any nodules develop.
