I am now heading in to week three with Nutrisystem. I thought the first two weeks went very well and they went by fast too. It’s been great being able to try out all sorts of Nutrisysem foods. Everything has been really good so far. Some of my favorites were chicken noodle soup, cinnamon rolls, french toast, tortellini and so much more! I’m so surprised at how good this food actually is.
During my journey with Nutrisystem I have been using an app on my phone called NuMi. This app is great for tracking all the food you eat during the day, how much water you’re drinking as well as how much you’re exercising. This helps me out a lot in keeping track of everything. It also helps you count the calories you take in each day. This is a wonderful app that I’ll be continuing to use. They even have the foods that are on Nutrisystem already on the app, so if you have one of the items for a meal from Nutrisystem you can easily find that on the app.
The cinnamon roll and french toast were amazing! These were definitely both of my favorite breakfast items. I have always loved both of these, so it’s great that Nutrisystem had them and they still tasted great.
I have to say that the three cheese chicken was amazing! I added some more broccoli to it as well. I think this was definitely one of my favorite lunches from Nutrisystem. I would love to eat this one again. The noodles with the cheesy sauce and broccoli was so delicious. I absolutely loved it!
I love just about anything pasta, so it was great to see some ravioli! This was very delicious. Ravioli with cheese inside is the best! I’m so glad I loved this kind as well. It was a great dinner.
I was so excited to finally get to try out some of the desserts from Nutrisystem the past week! Everything was so good! Ice cream sandwiches and pound cake are one of my favorite desserts, so of course I loved those ones the most.
One of the things I’ve noticed while I’m on Nutrisystem, is that I have more energy then I did before. This is very important to me. I babysit a few kids during the week as well as do my blog work. That means I need to have a lot of energy throughout the day. It’s nice to finally get back some more energy. I love to walk, so I try to walk for 30 minutes a day, which also helps out a lot with having energy. I also lost another two pounds this week! I was really surprised with that. As most of you know from reading my latest posts, I’m not looking to lose much weight, but to get more energy and learn to eat better. This program has been great for helping me with all of those things so far! It’s a plus to lose a few extra pounds too! That means right now I’m at 113 lbs.
