Ingredients
- 1 lb. Spiral Pasta
- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 1 Pack of Taco Seasoning (1.25 oz.)
- 8 oz. Shredded Cheese
- Green Pepper
- Onion
- 14.5 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
- Black Olives
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package. Fry up the hamburger, put some green pepper and onion in it and cook those up as well. I only used about 1/4 cup of green pepper and onion. You can use more or less green peppers and onions if you’d like. Drain out the grease from the hamburger and add the taco seasoning according to the package. The package will say to add water to the taco seasoning/hamburger mix, so make sure to do that. Once the pasta is done make sure to drain it and put it in a 13×9 casserole dish. Add the hamburger to the pasta in the casserole dish. Mix those up. Then add the diced tomatoes and mix those in. Then slice the black olives unless they’re already sliced and sprinkle those on top. I had a 5.75 oz can of black olives and I used about half the can. Of course you can add more or less if you want. Then you can sprinkle the cheese on top. Feel free to use any kind of shredded cheese you’d like. I like to use cheddar/mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. ENJOY!
