In inspiration of Blue’s Big City Adventure , I wanted to make a recipe. I decided to make something that has to do with Blue, since she is one of the main characters in the movie. She’s also always been a favorite of mine. I’ve made some yogurt bark inspired by Blue.
Blue's Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 32 Oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Blue Food Coloring Gel
Instructions
- First you want to empty all the yogurt into a bowl. Make sure you have a big enough bowl.
- Now you can mix in your food coloring gel. This will get mixed up with the yogurt to give it the blue color.
- Now line a baking sheet with some parchment paper and spread the yogurt evenly across the pan.
- Now you can sprinkle all the blueberries on top.
- Then put in the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight.
- Once it's done, you can take it out of the freezer. Now you want to break the pieces up as much as you'd like. I normally use a knife for this because it helps break it apart better.
