Halloween is such a fun time of the year. I love watching everyone get dressed up and seeing all the trick or treaters. My daughters usually go out trick or treating, so I enjoy being able to go with them and watch them have fun. It’s such a fun time for all. I’m sure many of you have heard of the release of The Addam’s Family in theaters too. I took my daughters out to see that movie last weekend, and we loved it. The classic ones are also the best. This 2-Movie Collection includes The Addams Family and The Addams Family Values. You can pick up your own copy yourself so you can enjoy them too. Lets celebrate Halloween with The Addams Family!
THE ADDAMS FAMILY Synopsis
When long-lost Uncle Fester (Christopher Lloyd) reappears after 25 years in the Bermuda Triangle, Gomez (Raul Julia) and Morticia (Anjelica Huston) plan a celebration to wake the dead. But Wednesday (Christina Ricci) barely has time to warm up her electric chair before Thing points out Fester’s uncommonly “normal” behavior. Could this Fester be a fake, part of an evil scheme to raid the Addams fortune?

It’s love at first fright when Gomez (Raul Julia) and Morticia (Anjelica Huston) welcome a new addition to the Addams household — Pubert, their soft, cuddly, mustachioed baby boy. As Fester (Christopher Lloyd) falls hard for voluptuous nanny Debbie Jilinksy (Joan Cusack), Wednesday (Christina Ricci) and Pugsley (Jimmy Workman) discover she’s a black-widow murderess who plans to add Fester to her collection of dead husbands. ADDAMS FAMILY VALUES is debuting on Blu-ray for the first time.
I’ve always found The Addams Family to be a great classic movie that is perfect for Halloween. It’s a great movie to watch around Halloween since it has a lot to do with Halloween with it being spooky and all. It’s a fun collection to be able to bring out during Halloween now too. Each time during Halloween I’ll be watching these movies too. I have a collection of movies I watch each Halloween, and I’m glad to add these to my collection.
Gomez
My youngest daughter (Tesla) put on a fake mustache so that she could look like Gomez. I thought it turned out perfect. She looks so adorable with the mustache on. The mustache looked just like Gomez’s too, so I thought that really turned out great. This is a simple costume you can easily do. You can throw on a fake mustache and put on a nice suit, and you’re good too go. A simple and fun way to dress up like Gomez.
Morticia
My oldest daughter (Mercades) wanted to be more like Morticia. We used some white paint for her face since Morticia has more of a pale color skin. (She wouldn’t let me get it around her eyes, so that’s why it’s a bit off, but that’s okay!) She also put on red nail polish and red lipstick since Morticia uses those as well. Overall I thought it turned out really nice too. She looked so cute! Of course you can add in some black clothing to make it look more like her as well. It’s another simple yet great look.
Cousin It
My youngest daughter (Tesla) has longer hair, so we wanted to see how she would look as Cousin It. I use to do this a lot when I was younger. I always loved Cousin It. He was one of my favorite characters in the movie. My daughter had so much fun with this too. She used my oldest daughters glasses. Since Cousin It does wear a hat, you can always add a hat on top as well. Then you can get the complete look. This one is so simple to do! One of my favorites to do too.
These are all such fun ways to dress up this Halloween as someone from The Addams Family. There are many others as well, and it’s simple to get any of their looks. I love The Addams Family a lot, and love being able to dress up like any of them. They are all so unique in their own ways. We love them all so much! It’s such a fun way to get the whole family to dress up too. They have so many amazing people in the movies, that you can’t go wrong with any of them. You can celebrate Halloween with the Addams Family this year!

I should have waited to cut my hair off until after Halloween. My hair was super long and pulling of the Cousin It character would have been so easy. OH well. My hair feels great.
