Growing up we ate a lot of tuna casserole. Now raising I family, I try to make it a few times a year. Tuna Casserole brings bake memories of my dad in the kitchen working hard on dinner after working all day. He was always so proud of his concoction.Who hasn’t eaten tuna mixed in with Ramen Noodles? I know in my younger years we lived on it. Throw in some peas and you had a complete meal! Now I make it old fashioned and even make my own Homemade Egg Noodles.

A good casserole dish is a must have in any kitchen. I use mine for more than casseroles too. Banana pudding works great too! I love a glass one with a lid. Makes storing leftovers and reheating super easy. This is also perfect to take with out to any potluck, party, or any other outing.
