The total number of instant prizes in this Promotion will not exceed 17,000. Prizes that are
unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. Limit one (1) type of
instant prize per person with a total limit of three (3) instant prizes per person/household.

B. Prize Conditions: The following conditions apply to the instant prizes:

i. One (1) night DVD rental from any Redbox kiosk: Redbox kiosk DVD rentals are
awarded in the form of a one-time use promotional code (“Promo Code”). Each Promo
Code expires on November 24, 2013. Limit: 1 code per transaction, regardless of the
number of rentals in a transaction. Each Promo Code is valid only for a 1-day standard
DVD rental or a discount worth the value of the standard DVD daily rental rate off the
first night’s daily rental fee for a Blu-ray™ Disc or video game. Promo Codes are not
valid online, on the Redbox app or for prior rentals. Instant winner’s payment card
(necessary for any rental) will be charged the excess daily rental fee for a Blu-ray Disc or
video game and the full daily rental rate for any additional items, plus applicable tax
(except for MD rental transactions for which additional tax is not charged) for the first
night of rental, if applicable, and will be charged the full daily rental fee for all items plus
applicable tax (except for MD rental transactions) for each day he/she does not return
your rental by 9:00 pm local time (at the Redbox) after first rental night. Void where
prohibited by law. Promo Code must not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. Any other
use constitutes fraud. Cannot be combined with other offers. Promo Codes conditions
are subject to cancelation or change at any time.

ii. IMI Music Song Download: IMI Music Song Download is awarded in the form of a
digital code redeemable online at www.DollarGeneralMusic.com. Use of
www.DollarGeneralMusic.com is subject to the terms and conditions available at
http://www.dollargeneralmusic.com/terms.

iii. iTunes Gift Card: iTunes Gift Cards are valid only on iTunes Store purchases within the
U.S. Use of iTunes requires an iTunes account and prior acceptance of license and
usage terms. Compatible software, hardware, and Internet access required. Each iTunes
Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, no refunds or exchanges (except as required by
law). iTunes Gift Card may not be used to purchase any other merchandise, allowances

Entertainment Group and distributed by CashStar, Inc., a Delaware corporation

additional terms and conditions.

v. Dollar General Gift Cards: Cards may be used toward the purchase of merchandise at
any Dollar General®
store or Dollar General Market®
store in the U.S. Each Dollar
General Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed or
exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Each Dollar General Gift Card will
not be replaced or replenished it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or use without
permission, and will be voided if altered or defaced. Dollar General Gift Cards are issued
by DG Promotions, Inc., a Tennessee corporation.

vi. ExxonMobil Gift Card: Each ExxonMobil Gift Card is redeemable for authorized
products and services only at Exxon and Mobil facilities. Each ExxonMobil Gift Card is
not redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law. To report a lost, stolen
or damaged card, call 1-800-919-8646. Remaining value may be replaced on a lost,
stolen or damaged card only if the account number and remaining value on the card can
be verified. ExxonMobil Gift Cards are issued and administered by SVM, LP.
ExxonMobile Gift Cards may contain an expiration date, if allowed by law. This date
would be shown on the front of the card. If no date is shown, then the card will not
expire, nor will it contain maintenance fees for nonuse. Resale of this card is prohibited
without consent.

In addition to the terms and conditions set forth above, each gift card is also subject to the terms
and conditions set forth on the gift card which shall govern the use of the gift card. The use of a
gift card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so winners should read
the terms and conditions on the gift card carefully. Winners must protect the gift card and treat
the gift card as they would any other valuable document. Each gift card will not be redeemed or
exchanged for cash, except where required by law. No gift card will be replaced or replenished if
lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without a winner’s permission (unless required by law
or allowed pursuant to gift card terms and conditions). Gift cards will be voided if altered or
defaced.

C. Sweepstakes Prizes:

i. Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize
Winner. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $250,000 USD.

ii. First Prize (5): Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive Twenty Five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the First Prize
Winner. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $125,000 USD.

iii. Second Prize (15): Fifteen (15) Second Prize Winners will each receive Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Second Prize
Winner. The total ARV of all Second Prizes is $75,000 USD.

iv. Third Prize (1,000): One thousand (1,000) Third Prize Winners will each receive a $100
Dollar General Gift Card. The total ARV of all Third Prizes is $100,000 USD.
