Are you trying to eat healthier but having a hard time planning a meal or finding the right food? I have been trying to eat healthy and I always have a hard time trying to find recipes that work for my family. As some of you already know my youngest daughter is allergic to milk so it’s hard to find a recipe that works for the whole family. Have you heard about eMeals before?
eMeals is a site that you can join to get some great healthy recipes sent to you by email. You will be able to choose from different meal plans for the one that best suits you. I have chosen the classic meal plan for my family and I. Every week you will recipe a new meal plan in your inbox. Within seconds of signing up I had already received my first weeks recipes. You can then go shopping with the items listed for the recipes. They even have a few different grocery stores to choose from. I chose Walmart since that’s where I always do my grocery shopping at.
Below is a list of the calories needed each day for boys/men and girls/women. I was surprised at how many calories I’m actually suppose to eat in a day. I honestly thought it was going to be less than what it showed.
