This is day 2 of The Fresh Diet. Below is all the food I was provided with for day 2.
Breakfast: Cherry Vanilla Whole Wheat Muffin with Fresh Apple & Wild Berry Yogurt.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast on Whole Wheat Cibatta with Celery Sticks & Pistachio Pesto
Snacks: Crispy Chicken Tenders with Ranch Dip and Kiwi Panna Cotta.
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast with Roasted Tomato Alfredo Sauce and on the sides Sweet Baby Peas and Broccolini with Lemon and Toasted Pine Nuts.
