This recipe is very simple. You first want to take the 2 cups of yogurt and mix a bit of the yellow coloring in there to get to the color you'd like.
Now you want to put parchment paper on a sheet pan and spread the yogurt evenly on the paper.
Next you can take the crushed pineapple and sprinkle it on top. You can add as much or as little as you'd like.
Now you can freeze it for a few hours, or overnight. I usually do this overnight to make sure it's frozen really well.
Take it out of the freezer and start breaking the pieces apart. That is all there is to this. A very simple and delicious recipe!
