Pineapple Yogurt Bark

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • Sheet Pan

Ingredients

  • Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
  • Yellow Gel or Food Coloring

Instructions

  • This recipe is very simple. You first want to take the 2 cups of yogurt and mix a bit of the yellow coloring in there to get to the color you'd like.
  • Now you want to put parchment paper on a sheet pan and spread the yogurt evenly on the paper.
  • Next you can take the crushed pineapple and sprinkle it on top. You can add as much or as little as you'd like.
  • Now you can freeze it for a few hours, or overnight. I usually do this overnight to make sure it's frozen really well.
  • Take it out of the freezer and start breaking the pieces apart. That is all there is to this. A very simple and delicious recipe!
