Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • Sheet Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 16 oz. Container of Strawberries

Instructions

  • First you'll want to cut up half of the strawberries in to small pieces. These are going to be used for the topping.
  • Now you can use the other half of the strawberries and put them in a blender with the 2 cups of yogurt. The half of the strawberries that go in the blender won't need to be cut up. You can just toss them in the blender. Also add the honey to the blender as well. Mix that all up good until it is blended well.
  • Once that is all blended, you can pour that on to a baking sheet that is lined with the parchment paper. Spread it evenly.
  • Now you can top it with the cut up strawberries.
  • Next you want to put this in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. I prefer doing this overnight so that it freezes well.
  • Once it is done freezing, you can take it out and start breaking the pieces apart. That is it! Now you have some delicious strawberry yogurt bark.
