Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 Russet Potatoes
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley

Instructions

  • First you’ll want to peel the potatoes so you don’t have the skins on them.
    2. Then you’ll want to boil water, and when it’s boiled you want to put all the potatoes in it. Cook them til they’re soft. This usually takes about 20-30 minutes.
    3. Once the potatoes are done you’re going to want to drain the water and put the potatoes in a bowl.
    4. You’ll then want to start mashing the potatoes up.
    5. Once that’s done, you can add the rest of the ingredients. The garlic cloves chopped up, salt, pepper, milk and butter will all go in the potatoes and mix them all up. After they’re all mixed up you can add the parsley on top.
