Eating healthy and exercising regularly is a very important part of my life. How about your? Do you try to eat healthy and exercise when you can? It can be tough finding the right foods to eat too. Snacks are also something that can be hard to find healthy wise. I normally have some fruits or vegetables, but sometimes you get sick of eating the same foods over and over. I think that yogurt is a great healthy choice, but you want to be careful with which ones you choose. Not all yogurts are good for you. Greek yogurts are some of the best yogurts out there for you too.
I was lucky enough to be able to try some of The Greek Gods yogurt. I received some of their yogurt with chia seeds. There are four different flavors that I was sent and they were nice enough to send a total of sixteen containers, so four of each flavor. They had vanilla, strawberry, peach and blackberry.
The Greek Gods Nonfat Yogurt with Chia Seeds is high in protein (12g in every 5.3 oz cup!), has 120-140 calories per serving and is creamy and delicious with added texture from chia seeds! I think this is wonderful that they added chia seeds. I already know they’re very healthy for you. It’s a great touch to the delicious yogurt.
The Greek Gods Greek-Style Yogurt is a brand of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. The Greek Gods Brand Greek-Style Yogurt and Kefir are gluten-free and contain live and active cultures. Plus, The Greek Gods brand Greek-Style Yogurt and Kefir are made with milk from cows that are not treated with growth hormones*.
I loved all of these yogurts. The chia seeds give it more of a texture, otherwise it’s just like the regular Greek yogurt. It’s very good too. There is a lot of flavor and I love that there is so much protein in it as well. I think it’s important to get lots of protein in every day.
I also made this great smoothie with some of the vanilla yogurt. Check out the recipe below!
Ingredients:
- 2 Containers of Greek Gods Vanilla Yogurt With Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 TBS Vanilla Berry Shake360 Mix
- Granola & Fruit to Top it Off
In a medium size bowl mix the yogurt up with the shake mix. Then in a blender put the frozen fruit and water in and blend it. After that’s finished you can put it with the yogurt mix and mix it all together. Then you can put it in a nice jar and top it with some granola and fruit. That’s all there is to it. This is a very simple recipe!
If you love yogurt, I’d highly recommend trying The Greek Gods yogurt out. I loved them all and I really like that they’re Greek yogurts. They’re delicious! Which one of these flavors would you love to try out?
If you’d like to try out the yogurt yourself, you can enter below for your chance to win a whole case of The Greek Gods Yogurt. This is open to the U.S. only and will run from 3/23-4-6. Good luck to everyone

I have not tried this yogurt. Great yogurt recipe idea
Thanks. The recipe was really good too.
I’ve never had Greek Gods yogurt, I’m partial to Dannon but always open for a change! I do know that once you eat Greek yogurt its impossible to eat the regular old runny stuff!
I have to agree on that! Greek yogurt is amazing!
