I’m so glad that Summer is finally here. I love being outdoors when the weather is nice. I can find so many things to do outside during Summer. One of my favorite things to do, is to take a nice walk outside. Being able to walk outside is so much nicer because you can actually look at everything around you. This is why I love Summer so much. I just put some meat and a bunch of vegetables together and there you have a great meal for one. It’s simple and quick to make.
As I mentioned, one of my favorite forms of exercise is to take a walk. I try to get out there each day to get some great exercise by walking. I have a nice yard, so it’s easy for me to just walk around outside to get some good exercise too. I have chickens to take care of each day, and my girls keep me very busy. My girls love when I’m outside with them. We have a trampoline, so we go on there and get some good exercise too. Jumping on the trampoline is a lot of fun too. It’s a great workout! Between jumping and walking, I’d say I get my daily exercise of 30 minutes a day easily.
Besides working out, eating healthy is another thing I try to do on a daily basis. I do normally have breakfast and lunch on my own because my girls are in summer school right now and my husband works a lot. My girls only have a week left of summer school and then they will have two months off til school starts again. That means for the next week I have to make my own meals. Usually when it’s just me at home I’ll make an omelette for breakfast. I use eggs, onions, cheese and peppers for mine. It’s a quick breakfast and very delicious. I usually make them for my husband as well because he loves them. My daughters can be picky at times, but they will eat eggs at least.
One of the hardest things to control is your appetite. Sometimes you may think you’re hungry when you really are not. I drink water often and don’t drink any sugary drinks at all.
