Are you gluten-free? I decided to go gluten-free almost a month ago. I have always had bad migraines for so many years. I have been trying to get rid of certain foods to see if that would affect my migraines. I know some people who have cut out gluten and said that it works for them. I decided to give that a try myself. I’m going to try it for a few months and see how it goes. I always write down what I eat and drink each day so I can understand what may cause the migraines. I know it’s only been close to a month without gluten, but for me it actually does seem to be working. I’ve noticed I get less migraines a month, which is why I’m going to try it out for a few more months. I have decided to do a gluten-free roundup so you can see some of the gluten-free foods that are out there. It’s not all about food though. Some beauty products are gluten-free as well. I have a couple of those listed too.

Popped Popcorn Cakes

What’s a Popcorn Cake? Freshly popped popcorn that slices like a cake with the yummy sensation of marshmallow treat. These are absolutely amazing! I couldn’t believe how great they all turned out when they arrived. I think this is a great idea for a cake because not everyone loves cake. A popcorn cake is such a fun idea. It’s nice to have an option like this instead of having a real cake, especially since it’s gluten-free. They also make popcorn pops, which are on a stick rather then like the cake. They are extremely delicious too. They remind me of popcorn balls but on sticks and as a cake. Very good! This is definitely something that is great for anyone who wants a yummy dessert or someone who may enjoy having this for their party too. A great idea for anyone who is gluten-free or just wants something different.

Grain Free Mama’s

I know how hard it can be to find cereal that is gluten-free. I haven’t found a whole lot of options out there myself. When you do find something, of course you want it to taste great too. I love that they have more than one different kind of tortilla. They come in a few different flavors, which is awesome. It’s nice to be able to have some great options like this when it comes to tortillas. I love having tacos, so these were perfect for that. Of course they can be used for many other meals too. Another great one I like, is making wraps. These make it so I can still make some of the foods I really love. For anyone who loves a soft tortilla, these are a great choice.

If you love Indian food, then these are a must try. I love trying out all kinds of foods, so when I heard about these, I was really interested. I already knew I was going to love the chicken curry because that is something that I really enjoy. That was probably my favorite too. All these dishes are truly amazing though. It’s great that these ones are gluten-free because I love to enjoy a good meal like this too.
