After receiving the Noxicare, I opened it up right away. I was surprised that it had no horrible smell. A lot of creams I have used usually smell, and not in a good way. Since I have a lot of back, neck, and shoulder pain, I decided to use it for those pains. I took a small amount and put it on my back, shoulders, and neck. Throughout the day I found myself in less pain. I did still have a little bit of pain but it took most of it away.
