As some of you already know, I have been trying out a program called Personal Trainer Food. I have had 28 days of meals provided for me. I loved a lot of things about this program. This is a great program for those that would love to lose some weight,  but not just for that either. I wanted to lose a few pounds, but I also wanted to try this program to help better myself. I wanted to know more about portion sizes and what types of foods are healthier for you. This program has done a great job of helping me with all that. Everything has been great!

I’ve had the chance to try out so many different foods, and they’re all amazing. Shown above are some of my favorite ones. Chicken has always been one of my favorite meats, so it wasn’t a big surprise when I tried all these varieties of chicken and loved them all. I was really surprised about the meatballs and the burger. Those were so good! It’s amazing how some healthy foods can actually taste really good. Of course all the varieties of vegetables I tried were great as well. I’ve always loved vegetables. I even had to share some of those with my oldest daughter because she loves vegetables.


I think it’s so important to make sure to eat the right foods and exercise daily, especially if you’re wanting to lose weight. I have always heard that eating the right foods is 90% and only 10% exercise. That means that you have to be willing to eat healthier foods if you’re wanting to lose weight. Personal Trainer Food has some of the best foods that are very healthy for you. I have had such a great experience being able to try them out for 28 days.

When you start doing better things for yourself, you may notice that you have more energy. Eating the right foods and making sure to exercise often is a great way to keep that energy. I’ve noticed a lot more energy while eating more of the right foods. It’s amazing how much better you’re going to feel when you do keep eating healthy.

I’m glad that I was able to experience this. I hope that you’ll all check out this program as well. Even if you’re not looking to lose weight, this is a great program to keep you on track and maintain your weight.

  1. I’ve been following your experience and I am amazing how delicious the food looks. When you are on a diet, the food usually looks super healthy with no flavour! This diet looks like you are getting a wide variety of choices!
