Angelica's Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Yellow Candy Melts You can always use white and yellow food coloring too.
  • Purple Sprinkles Use as many sprinkles as you'd like.

Instructions

  • First line a baking sheet up with some parchment paper.
  • Then you're going to want to put your chocolate melts in to a microwave safe bowl. Then put them in the microwave until they are all melted. I usually do 30 seconds and then 10 seconds more each time until it's melted.
  • Now pour the chocolate over the parchment paper and spread it out. You can do this however thin or thick you'd like. I like mine to be a bit thinner.
  • Next you want to add the sprinkles over the top of the chocolate. Just sprinkle them around until it looks the way you'd like.
  • Now put this in the fridge for at least an hour so it can harden.
  • Once it is ready, take it out of the fridge. Now I normally use a knife to help break the chocolate apart. You can do this how you want, but a knife works really well.
  • Now that it is all broken to pieces, enjoy!
