I have had the wonderful opportunity to try out Personal Trainer Food for 28 days. This is a great program for losing weight, but since I don’t really have a whole lot to lose, I’m doing it more for the food. I want to learn to be able to eat right and what kinds of foods are good for you. You certainly don’t have to be on this program to lose weight. It’s got a lot of great nutritious foods!
You can see that I was sent a whole 28 days of foods. I was provided with lunch/dinner, breakfast and veggies! A lot of great items. I was excited to start this program out too. I love that they had omelets for breakfast each day, but they also added things like bacon and sausage along with it. Omelets are one of my favorite breakfast foods, so that was exciting to see that.
I wouldn’t mind losing up to ten pounds, so I still wanted to see how well I could do in the 28 days. You’ll see a couple of my photos before I took on this program. As of today, I’ve only been using this program for about three days. I’m so excited to continue with this program for 28 days. Everything has already been amazing so far.
So far everything has been going great. I am loving all the foods, which makes it easier to stick with the program. I have tried other programs, but I do have to say that this food has been the best so far! There was only one item I didn’t care for so much, but otherwise everything has tasted great. I have pictures of some of the foods I have had so far this week. These are some of my favorites, so I wanted to show them off. I’ve always loved vegetables, so I had no problem eating any of those. The meats were so delicious too! I had to share these favorites of mine. I hope that you see something you may enjoy as well!
All of these meals will be delivered right to your door. They have different meal plans to choose from too, so you can find the right one that fits your needs. You can even choose the plan that lets you pick the foods you want to have. These meals that I have received I’ve been able to freeze right away. Once I’m ready to eat, I just have to put them in the microwave and once that’s done it’s good to eat. I love that it only takes minutes to get the food done. Under 3 minutes to be exact! In fact, I haven’t had any that are over 2 minutes yet. That’s quick and convenient food!

That looks so good! Usually prepackaged food doesn’t look nearly so appetizing. I love that it can help you eat more healthy options.

That looks super fascinating. Does the food go from the freezer to the oven, or is it freeze dried?
You cook it in the microwave. If you read through the post you’ll see that I mentioned that it goes int he microwave for under 3 minutes! Very quick and delicious!

This is so cool! I already don’t eat what I feed my family, so having these packages in my freezer for me and me alone, would be awesome! I’m glad I can choose what to eat. I eat chicken and turkey, but other than that I don’t care for meat. This program is great!
It is a wonderful program. It’s nice to finally have something you can actually enjoy.
It is amazing how many foods out there are not even real food after being processed so much. I went on a really strict eating plan for years due to a digestive disease and it was hard to find anything easy because I had make everything from scratch due to all of the fake foods out there. I need to get back to that way of life because I always felt better eating that way.
It really does make you feel better when you eat right. It’s crazy how much better you’ll feel once you start eating healthier.
Good luck! I think it is so much easier to lose weight when someone else is doing the cooking!!

You had me at food is delivered to your house which is literally half the battle For me and if that food is healthy and takes just minutes to heat up well THAT IS THE KIND OF FOOD I WANT!

I’m like you, I don’t have much extra weight to lose so thankfully I don’t need to diet, either. But I could always eat healthier. Looks like you enjoyed quite a wide variety of good and healthy eats over the course of your 28 day program. Thanks for sharing your experience.

This sounds like a great program. My daughter needs to do something like this. Having the food already made is the best part, and I thinks help to get the weight off.

It is great! I use to struggle with veggies too, but I actually really love many of them.
