Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1.25 oz. Taco Seasoning Pack
  • 15 oz. Can of Corn
  • Krusteaz Cornbread
  • 14.5 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 8 oz. Bag of Frozen Peppers and Onions (I use Recipe Ready)

Instructions:

Fry the hamburger up like you normally would. while that’s frying, take out a 13×9 casserole dish. put the corn, diced tomatoes, seasoning pack, tomato sauce, peppers/onions and hamburger in there. You can add the hamburger when it’s done frying. Mix everything up well. Next you’re going to mix up the Krusteaz cornbread mix just like it says on the package. Once you have that done, you can add the cornbread mix on top of the other ingredients. Cook on 375 degrees for about a half hour or until the cornbread is golden brown.

This sounds great! I’m gonna try a non-red-meat alternative with chicken or tofu!
