My daughters and I love to watch movies together. We enjoy the animated movies the most. We really love the animated movies that are about animals. My kids love animals, and to see them talk in a movie is more enjoyable.

I was recently provided with the movie Yellowbird on DVD to review. This movie is about a lot of birds. Since my children love animals, I knew they were going to love this movie.

Yellowbird (Seth Green), is an orphaned bird that is looking for a family of his own. There is a flock that wants to migrate to Africa. Yellowbird becomes Darius’s (Glover) messenger because he became wounded. He needs help from Yellowbird to deliver messages.

Yellowbird ends up tricking the migrating flock to follow him across the globe. They’ll go on many misadventures as well. One of the birds suspects that Yellowbird is not telling the truth. After a while he does admit about the lies he was telling.

Now Yellowbird must help rescue the birds. Will he ever be forgiven? Will he become the hero or will the birds leave him behind for good? You’ll have to check out this movie when it’s released on April 7th.

We really enjoyed this movie. I thought it was a very cute movie. I love the way the birds were created. It was a very nice story too.
