My favorite thing to grill is eggplant. I slice into rounds, then drizzle with olive oil and season with blackening spice. It’s so yummy and is good cold, the next day.

We are in the market for a new grill. My husband insists on a gas grill and I insist on Charcoal. Nothing tastes better than a Cheeseburger, Hot Dog, or BBQ Ribs cooked on a charcoal grill. Once we settle on a grill, we will be cooking these 3 main items a lot!

Our favorite thing to grill is baby back ribs. We cut the rack in three sections then rub both sides with a cut lemon squeezing as you rub. Then we rub in “Rib Rub”, stack the sections and wrap tightly with Cling Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hrs or so. Then on indirect heat, we keep the ribs stacked and every 20 minutes rotate the sections from bottom to top. Then put them on the top shelf and smother in bbq sauce and cook on med-low heat until tender.
You can never go wrong with a nice big Ribe Eye on the Grill… Little Salt and Pepper and this momma is happy~
I like to grill four-cheese stuffed tomatoes!
I also like grilled zuchinni or squash with a light sprinkling of basil.
We like barbecued chicken marinated in whatever floats our boat that day and slathered with a high quality bbq sauce. I have to literally have mine as messy as it can get!
Another favorite to grill is a nice Porterhouse steak!
I love to grill chicken breasts with barbecue sauce and fresh herbs.
My favorite thing to grill is portabello mushrooms. I drizzle them with olive oil then use a blackening spice that I make myself.
