Do you ever get stressed from a long day at work? I’m sure everyone has been stressed before. I work from home on the computer and I have two daughters. Life can get very stressful at times. Nobody should have to be stressed. It can be very hard to handle, but it’s something everyone goes through. There are a lot of ways you can relax and keep your mind off the stress.

I recently received this product called Art Therapy. There are many magazines that are packed with coloring pages. They even come with some relaxation tips. Besides the magazine, it also came with three markers and a box to set all your magazines in. I have always loved coloring with my daughters, so this is a great alternative. While my daughters are coloring in their books, I’ll be able to color in my magazine.

There are a few pages of beautiful designs that you’re able to color. I used some of my own markers with this since it only came with three. I wanted it to be very colorful. The photo above is a design that I colored from the magazine. I didn’t completely finish it, but you get the idea on how it works. There is even a page with color by numbers. Those were always my favorite ways to color when I was a child.

I’m excited to color more of these wonderful pages. You can use all kinds of colors. In fact, when I do my paint by number I’m going to use colored pencils. I think colored pencils work great because they have smaller edges. Some of the bigger markers can be harder to use with these pages. Since they’re more adult type photos, everything is a lot smaller.

If you enjoy coloring like I do, I would highly recommend checking out Art Therapy. They have many different magazines that you’re able to get. This is such a wonderful way to reduce stress as well. Coloring has always helped me when I was stressed. It’s a great way to keep your mind focused on something else other than the stress you may be having.
