It’s crazy to think that the holidays are approaching so quickly. Are you all prepared for the holidays? Do you have all of your shopping done yet, or are you still searching for some gifts? I’m glad to say I’m done with my holiday shopping for the year. This time of year gets crazy and sometimes it’s hard to figure out what to gift someone.

I have a diffuser, two essential oils in the scents of chamomile and lemongrass as well as some sweet almond skin care oil. The chamomile is great for calming, nurturing, soothing and the lemongrass is sweet, uplifting, and refreshing. All oil scents are different, so depending on what you’re in the mood for, they can all help. If you want something that is going to relax you, then you’d want to go with an oil like chamomile. If you want something that’s more uplifting and refreshing, then you’d go with something like lemongrass. Nature’s Bounty® Earthly Elements™ have many scents to choose from.

I didn’t realize they had essential oils, but it seems like more and more companies are coming out with essential oils. This is good, because I love aromatherapy!
