Do you enjoy candles? I love all the different types of candles out there. It’s nice that there are many scents as well. Sometimes I’m in the mood to light a candle that smells fruit and other days it may be something that smells like baked goodies. I use to have a huge candle collection until I had to get rid of some of them because they were taking up to much space. I do have a love for candles though.
Have you ever heard of Family Candles? They’re a newer company with some amazing scented candles. I was able to get a couple of their candles to review. I chose the scents of Love Spell Type and Exotic Flowers. Love Spell Type’s scent is a luscious fusion of citrus, cherry blossom, apple and peach, and a hint of blondewood. For me this one spells a lot like the Love Spell perfume from Victoria’s Secret. I love it! I actually own that perfume too! The Exotic Flowers is a fresh aroma of the tropics. This one smells amazing as well!
Each of these candles are made with 100% Premium Soy Wax. They’re hand-made 16oz candles and are poured into apothecary jars. They even have double wicks for an even burn. I’ve always loved the double wicks because they do burn a lot more even. This helps so that you can get more use out of your candles. Your candles won’t look like such a mess either. All the wax should be able to burn all the way down to the bottom of the candle since there are two wicks.
I love that when I light these candles they’re a lighter scent. I can’t stand candles with a strong scent. Some scents can really bother me and give me migraines as well. It’s nice to have these candles that smell amazing without being to overpowering. The Exotic Flowers is definitely more of a light scent compared to the Love Spell Type candle. Although when I light them both, they both seem to have a lighter scent.
These candles can burn for up to 80 hours. I think they’re great for putting in a room to make it smell good. If you have a room that could use a great scent, then these would work wonderful for that. I have always loved burning candles right before you have guests over too. That makes it smell nice for when everyone comes over. You wouldn’t want someone coming over to a stinky home would you?!
I would highly recommend the Family Candles to anyone. I absolutely loved the scent of both of them and I like how they burn evenly. Which of their scents would you love to try first?

Oh sweet! 80 hours is a long time. With three dogs in the house and a husband with a union job and a ton of overtime, I need all the freshness I can get. They’re ALL stinky. LOL

Never heard of these. I love that they burn for up to 80 hours though! The soft scents sound perfect for spring.

I’ve never heard of this brand, but it sounds like a good one! These would definitely make a good gift as well.

I haven’t heard of family candles. I don’t like strong fragrances as well. Lately, I’ve been diffusing essential oils.
