Sweepstakes Description:
The Heluva Good! Ultimate Party Giveaway (the Sweepstakes) is sponsored by HP Hood LLC (Sponsor). Sponsor will award a total of three (3) prizes to throw an ultimate Heluva Good! Party, as detailed below.
Sweepstakes Term:
To be eligible to receive a Prize, an entrant must submit an entry during the applicable period below (each, a Sweepstakes Term).
• Backyard BBQ Party Term – Begins on March 20, 2012 at 3:00 pm EDT and ends on May 4, 2012 at 3:00 pm EDT.
• College Football Tailgate Party Term – Begins on July 2, 2012 at 9:00 am EDT and ends on September 14, 2012 at 3:00 pm EDT.
• Championship Tailgate Party Term – Begins on October 1, 2012 at 9:00 am EDT and ends on December 14, 2012 at 3:00 pm EST.
All entries for each of the prize drawings specified above (each, a Prize Drawing) must be received during the applicable Sweepstakes Term.
Eligibility:
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize. The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Sweepstakes entry, excluding residents of the following states: CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, NM, MT, WY, ND, SD. Each entrant must have a unique, valid email address, a valid account on Facebook, and Like the Heluva Good! Facebook page. Entrants may not be employees of Sponsor, or of its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing, or persons living in their households. Entries are limited to individuals only: commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Entrants are not required to maintain their Like status of the Heluva Good! Facebook page, and may Unlike the Heluva Good! Facebook page at any time after entry.

How to Enter:
Visit www.Facebook.com/HeluvaGood (the Website), sign in to your Facebook® account, and click the “Like” button on the HeluvaGood Facebook page. Once you “Like” the HeluvaGood Facebook page, complete the online entry form during the applicable Sweepstakes Term. All eligible individuals who complete the entry form automatically will be entered into the applicable Prize Drawing and will have a chance to win the one (1) Prize associated with that Prize Drawing. Limit: one entry per person per Prize Drawing. Duplicate entries during a single Sweepstakes Term using the same email address will NOT be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries are subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at www.heluvagood.com.
Entrants are providing personal information to Sponsor, not to Facebook.
Prize Selection:
Within five (5) days of the end of each Sweepstakes Term, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the applicable Sweepstakes Term for each Prize Drawing. Sponsor will select multiple entries at the time of each drawing in the event that Sponsor needs to award any Prize to an alternate winner. The Winner shall be the first selected entry. If necessary, an alternate winner will be named based on the order in which the remaining entries were selected in the drawing (Alternate Winner). Potential winners will be notified by telephone using the contact information provided on the official entry form within three (3) business days of the drawing. Each Winner has two (2) business days to respond to the telephone call. If the Winner does not respond to the telephone call within two (2) business days from the time when a message is left, the prize will be forfeited and an Alternate Winner will be selected.
Odds of winning a Prize are affected by the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Term.
Prizes:
For each of the three (3) Prize Drawings during the Sweepstakes, one (1) Winner will receive the following prize package (each, a Prize), for a total of three (3) Prizes:

• One (1) $300 Visa Gift Card
• Ten (10) Heluva Good! Beverage Koozies
• One (1) Heluva Good! Bags Game
• One (1) Heluva Good! Cooler
• Eight (8) Heluva Good! Coupons for Free Sour Cream Dip
• One (1) Case of Cape Cod® Potato Chips (6 bags per case)
• One (1) Cape Cod Party pack, including a Cape Cod Frisbee, Cape Cod Beach Ball, Cape Cod Tote Bag, Cape Cod Beach Towel, Adult Classic Navy Cape Cod T-Shirt, and Cape Cod Hat
*Due to unavailability of Cape Cod Beach Towel, the winner of the Championship Tailgate Party will receive a Cape Cod branded sweatshirt instead of the beach towel.
Each winner of the College Football Tailgate Party and Championship Tailgate Party also will receive one (1) Heluva Good! branded sweatshirt as part of the Prize.
The Prize includes the shipment and delivery of the prize package to the Winner. The Prize does not include any other items, expenses and applicable federal, state or local taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with throwing a party, including but not limited to additional food, beverages, paper products, utensils, equipment, accessories, insurance, and other personal expenses.
Approximate Retail Value of Backyard BBQ Party Prize is $911.60. Approximate Retail Value of College Football Tailgate Party and Championship Tailgate Party Prizes is $924.60. Total approximate retail value of all Prizes is $2,754.80.
