Do your kids have their own piggy bank? My kids both have their own and they love being able to put money inside. My youngest actually has a turtle bank and my oldest has a piggy bank. I think they’re great because it’s easier for kids to save money and they have fun doing it. Wouldn’t it be awesome if they could actually decorate their own piggy bank?

Wikki Stix has a product called the Designer Piggy Bank. With this bank you can actually let your kids decorate it over and over again. Wikki Stix are 6 inches in length. They’re re-usable, self stick, no glue, and no mess. These are very easy to use. They’re also safe, non-toxic and made in the USA.

I thought this piggy bank was an awesome idea. My kids love to decorate things so I knew they were going to just love this piggy bank. The Wikki Stix are bendable so you can shape them and stick them on the pig however you want.

My kids were having so much fun being able to decorate their piggy bank. They were sticking the Wikki Stix all over the piggy bank and loving it! I helped them out a bit at first so they could see how it all worked. After that they were doing it all on their own. My five-year old, Mercades, whom is my oldest, really was getting in to decorating the piggy bank. Once my three-year old, Tesla,  was finished, Mercades old started doing it all on her own.

This is the design my daughter, Mercades came up with. I couldn’t believe how much work still put in to this. She came out of my room after finishing it up and showed me it. I told her she did a wonderful job. This must have taken her a lot of time. She was in there working on this for at least a half hour. I’m glad she was able to have so much fun with it.

When your kids get old enough to save money on their own, they could put designs on the pig of what they’re saving up for. Say it’s a toy airplane, and then they could make the pic have airplanes on him or put wings on him to make them remind themselves of saving the money for their toy airplane.

Make sure to check out Wikki Sticks for the Designer Piggy Bank for your children. I’m sure they will have a lot of fun designing their own piggy bank just like my children did.

That’s actually a pretty neat idea. At first I thought it was candy but it’s great that you’re able to use it to decorate without any mess. I’m sure my little sister would enjoy this as she also has a piggy bank of her own too! 🙂

What a great way to encourage saving. Kids love it when they get to do something on their own and I’m loving these wiki stick piggy bank. Saw another on another blog and they had a great design too. Love them!

That’s awesome! My kids always want me to get the piggy banks that you decorate with markers, but my mom instinct screams NO! This though, I could totally do this. My kids thank you for sharing! 🙂

I was JUST thinking that my nephew needed a piggy bank this morning. The fact that he could decorate this one himself makes it perfect!
