I know that some of you have kids that have already started school and you’re getting back in to the school routine. My kids go back to school in September. I have one daughter who will be in 1st grade and the other will be in Preschool. There are a lot of ways to prepare for back to school. I usually try to start going to bed earlier and have the children go to bed earlier as well. This helps them get on their schedule so that when school comes they’ll be ready to get up early. It can be tough getting back in to the school routine.

Once my daughters start school, I’ll be home by myself most of the time. I do work from home, so with nobody around I’ll be able to have a bit more concentration and hopefully I can get things done quicker. It’s definitely going to be a lot different around here this year. Of course they’ll be here all day on the weekends, so that’s going to be nice. We usually find some family activities to do during the weekends too.

One of the things I really wish I had more of, is energy. During the weekends the kids always want to keep busy and that means having a lot of energy. We love to take family walks when it’s nice out. During Winter we usually play outside in the snow and build snow forts or go sledding. There are many activities to do on the weekends when the kids are out off school for a couple of days.

Besides getting great exercise, I always try to have my daughters and I take our vitamins daily. Nature’s Bounty has this wonderful product called Super Potency Biotin. These are great for supporting energy and healthy hair, skin and nails. These are liquid softgels, so you’ll have to swallow them in order to take them. I normally have a hard time swallowing pills, but these are small enough where I’m able to swallow them easily.

I like to keep my bottle of Biotin in my bathroom on the counter. This way when I wake up in the morning I’ll always see it. This helps me remind myself to take them every day. Weekends can certainly get busy with kids around, so I want to make sure I always take these softgels. I love that they can help out with energy.* I also like that they support healthy hair, skin and nails.* I love long hair, and I recently cut mine, so I’m hoping it grows out soon. I know these softgels are going to help my hair grow healthier.

Biotin is a B vitamin that is essential for the intermediate metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.* Biotin also assists with energy metabolism and is important for healthy skin, hair and nails.* As you can see, the softgels are not that big. For those of you that may have a harder time swallowing pills like I do, you shouldn’t have a problem with these because of their size. They’re actually a small size and a lot easier to swallow than most pills.

Right now you can get a $1 off coupon for any Nature’s Bounty product. I can use more energy that’s for sure. I am not big on taking vitamins because they upset my stomach, but when I can I love the way I feel after.

If these will help my energy then they are definitely worth giving a try. With four little ones including a 10 month old who still nurses frequently through the night my energy supply is pretty much depleted.

I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about Biotin. I will have to ask about this. I am under medication right now, I want to know if it’s ok to take this.

Biotin is really good. I hope you’re able to still take them. I would think you’d have to ask your doctor about that.
