I just recently heard about a restaurant called Bruegger’s Bagels. I recently was sent a gift card for posting something about Bruegger’s Bagels a while back, so I figured I’d go their over the weekend and check it out. I took my father there along with my daughters. I already knew my daughters loved bagels, so I figured this may be a great place for us to go. They have more than just bagels too. What was really neat, is that they made sandwiches out of the bagels, and even burgers too!
My daughters decided that all they wanted was a cookie, so I said okay and let them each have one of their big cookies. I got them some water to drink as well. In the beginning I believe they thought that they could only get bagels as a sandwich, which is why they didn’t want them. They really loved the cookies though.
My father went with a burger. This is the Bistro burger. This is a burger topped with cheddar cheese, secret sauce, lettuce, tomato and pickled onions, served on your choice of a bagel. I loved that you were able to choose your own bagel to. You can always switch it up any time you go in and get a burger or sandwich. My father loved his burger. He said it was really good.
I went with the Herby Turkey sandwich. I love turkey, so I wanted to try this one out. This sandwich has roasted turkey, light herb garlic cream cheese, sundried tomato spread, lettuce, and red onions. I thought this sandwich was amazing! I would definitely get one of these again. Both my father and I got the Asiago Parmesan bagels for our sandwich/burgers too. I have to say that the bagel was very good.
Since I had some money left over on my gift card, I decided to get some single bagels. I actually got a half-dozen of them. I asked my daughters one last time if they were sure that they didn’t want a bagel. I told them they could just get one without anything on it, and they said yes. My youngest thought she could only get them with meat on them, so I had to tell her that you can get just the bagels too. Both of my daughters were very excited to hear that. I let both of my girls choose the bagels that they wanted. My youngest, Tesla wanted the same one I had with my sandwich, and my oldest, Mercades said she wanted the one with all the seeds on it, which was the sesame bagel. On top going from left to right are: Plain, Asiago Parmesan, and Cinnamon Raisin. On the bottom going from left to right are: Cinnamon Sugar, Blueberry and Sesame.
My daughters wanted to sit down on the chairs they had so that they could eat their bagels. It was a very nice restaurant and very clean too. It nice when you go to a restaurant and it’s very clean. It gives it a great feel and makes you feel welcome. The ladies that were working there were amazing too. We told them it was our first time there. It was also nice to see a few different types of seating for everyone. They even had seating outside if you wanted to eat out there.
Overall we loved going to Bruegger’s Bagels and we will be going again. All of the bagels were very delicious. My favorite one out of all the ones I tried, was the Cinnamon Sugar one. I can’t wait to go again so that I can try out more of the bagels they had. I would highly recommend going to this restaurant if you love bagels. It was a great experience for all of us.

I have actually had a sandwich bagel from Bruegger’s Bagel! They are really good and hearty. I love switching it up and having something different for lunch so it is great they have these extra options and it is not just a bagel shop.

There are a ton of varieties of bagels. They have to have had at least twenty different kinds. It was hard to choose which ones to get.

There is nothing like a good bagel. My favorite is a pumpernickel with Whitefish salad, or a plain with loxs and cream cheese.

When I was a kid my mom and I would often stop at this bagel shop for breakfast. They had awesome breakfast sandwiches made out of bagels. This place reminds me of that.

I’ve never heard of Brueggers Bagels. I don’t think that we have one around here. I do love cinnamon raisin or blueberry bagels. I also put cream cheese on it sometimes. It’s been a while since I’ve had a bagel.
