Thanksgiving is almost here! I’m sure you’ll all getting excited for the food, right? Stuffing is one of my favorites! It’s what I always look forward to each year. I have a great sausage stuffing recipe for you that I think you’ll love as much as I do.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. Pork Sausage
  • 2 Pieces of Celery Chopped Up
  • 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 14 oz. Hard Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbs. Italian Seasoning

First you want to cook up the sausage. Cook that up for about five minutes. Then add in your chopped onions, celery and carrots and cook for about another 10 minutes.

After that’s done, you can put the bread crumbs in a large bowl. Then put the sausage mixture in with the bread crumbs and mix them up. After that you’ll want to put in the eggs, chicken broth, parsley and Italian seasoning. Make sure that you stir up the eggs a bit before you put them in the mixture. Once your mixture is all done, you can put it in a dish with a cover on it. You’ll want to cook it at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Just make sure that it is covered when it’s cooking.

That’s all there is to it. Stuffing is actually a very simple recipe to make. This was the first time I have made my own stuffing from scratch and I thought it turned out great! I hope you enjoy this recipe.
