I think this is the perfect time of year to get together with the family and play games. Of course my family plays them all the time, but with the holidays coming up, it’s an even better time to get together for some games. My daughters and I especially love playing all kinds of games together. We do this very often too. When we see new games, we are always interested in trying them out. We have a wonderful stock of games already. It’s always fun having a family game night with Winning Moves Games.
Winning Moves Games have a lot of wonderful games to choose from. My family already owns a lot of their games. Some of the more recent ones we have received, are Pretty, Pretty Princess, Bouncing Bingo, Flinch, 13 Dead End Drive, and Clue Master Detective. We’ve been enjoying each and everyone one of these games.
Pretty, Pretty Princess
Play dress-up with your friends as you race to gather your set of fancy jewelry. Collect your own matching color necklace, bracelet, ring and earrings. When you have all of your jewelry plus the crown, you win the game! Then you’ll be as pretty as a princess – the Pretty Pretty Princess!
This is a great game for kids. I played this one with my daughters, even though I know it’s more for kids. They like when I play games with them, so I joined in on this one too. The pieces fit kids better, but adults can still play this one. This was a game my daughters really enjoyed a lot. You get to dress up with all the jewelry and become a princess! Once you get all the pieces on, you win!
Bouncing Bingo
This is Bingo with a fun twist! One by one players take turns bouncing the special ball into the Bingo platform. When the ball lands in one of the animal spots, you place a chip on your card, on that same animal. The first player to get four chips in a row has bounced their way to a Bingo and wins! Bouncing Bingo will help children with hand eye coordination, small motor skills, animal and name picture recognition and turn taking.
If you love playing bingo, then this will be the game for you. It’s a lot different from your regular bingo game though. My daughters really enjoyed being able to bounce the ball to determine which spots to mark off on your board. Instead of having someone call out the photos, you get to take turns bouncing the ball in a spot. Whichever spot it lands on is the one you mark off on your board, if you have it. This makes it more challenging to get your pieces marked off. This is a lot more fun this way too!
Clue Master Detective
With more suspects, more rooms, and more weapons Clue Master Detective is the perfect game for Murder Mystery Parties. First introduced in the 1980’s this super-sized version of Clue adds up to a lot more mayhem! You’ll need your sharpest detective skills to solve the ever-changing mystery!
My daughters and I play the game Clue a lot, so we were really excited about this game. They added more pieces and the game board is a lot bigger. We really loved that! It makes it more difficult to figure out who did what in which room, and it makes for a longer game. We enjoy playing this one a lot. Once we saw that this game had changed a bit, we were all in and ready to play! If you have ever played Clue, then you already know how to play this game. This is by far one of our favorites now because of all the extra added pieces. We really liked that they added more in.
13 Dead End Drive
13 Dead End Drive first hit the scene in 1994. Now this fan favorite is back, by popular demand, to entertain a whole new generation. Your goal is to be the last surviving heir and inherit Aunt Agatha’s fortune. Which one of her motley crew of friends and employees will it be?
This was certainly a new game for us. We had never played this one before. I had seen it around many years ago, but never got around to playing it til now. I am extremely glad to have played the game though. This was probably one of my daughters favorites. We played it a few times already, and they really love it. I find this to be one of those games that can either take a while to play, or be over very quickly. We’ve played so many times already and we are really loving this one. My youngest daughter, Tesla, asks to play this game a lot. It’s one of her favorites now.
Flinch
The original and ultimate Stockpile card game! Created in 1905 this American classic is back to entertain a whole new generation of card game players. If you’re the first player to play all your cards in sequential order, you win!
This was a more simple card game, yet very fun too. There are a couple of different ways to play this game, but they are the same concept. You want to get rid of all your cards to become the winner. You’ll do this by having piles where everyone gets to put down cards in sequential order. It’s a great game for the whole family because of how simple it is. Even my kids were able to play this one.
My family has really enjoyed playing all these games together. We love how much games can really bring families together, especially during the holidays. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed doing since I was little, and now I get to spend the time playing game with my daughters. Winning Moves Games has a lot of other wonderful games to choose from. My family already owns a lot of their games, click here for more. With the holidays coming up, they’d make for some great gifts too!
