I love using my Zavor Crunch Air Fryer when making different kinds of recipes. This air fryer can do so much. It can bake, dehydrate, use rotisserie, and so much more! When it comes time to using my air fryer, I’m glad I have this one to help me. I’ve always wanted to cook vegetables in the air fryer, so I recently gave carrots a try. I have this amazing recipe that I love for carrots, so I gave this a try in the air fryer and it was amazing!

Garlic parmesan carrots are such a great side dish, or you could even have them for a snack. With the holidays coming up, these would make for a great side dish for any party. In fact, I plan to make these for our next holiday party. I hope that they’ll become a big hit with everyone and I can make these more often for all my family to enjoy.

Garlic Parmesan Carrots

The first thing you want to do is peel your carrots and make sure to wash them as well.

After you have washed and peeled your carrots, you can cut them up. It doesn’t really matter how you cut them. I just cut them up in a few pieces.

You can now put the carrots into a bowl. Then you can drizzle the olive oil over the carrots.

Next you can add in the Italian seasoning and the garlic powder.

Now you add in your parmesan cheese. I like to use the natural parmesan cheese and shred it up myself. I just prefer the actually parmesan blocks over the bottled parmesan cheese. It’s a lot healthier this way too and tastes great.

Once you have all the ingredients in the bowl, you can start mixing it to get everything coated evenly.

Now you can put them in the crunch air fryer and hit the vegetable button. I didn’t have to adjust anything while I cooked these. The time and temperature where exactly where they needed to be.

Once they’re done you can take them out of the air fryer and enjoy! Some like to dip these in different sauces too, but I personally enjoy them the way they are. They are so flavorful and delicious!

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Carrots

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Mixing Spoon

Ingredients

  • 6 Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • First you want to peel and cut your carrots. You can cut them however you'd like, but I prefer having them cut in smaller pieces.
  • Now you can put them in a bowl and start adding all the ingredients. I usually start with the olive oil, then add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Then you can mix it all up.
  • Get your air fryer ready and put the carrots in there. Cook them on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Once they're done you can take them out of the air fryer and enjoy. Some like to dip them in different sauces, but I prefer them all on their own. They are flavorful and delicious!
