I am using electronics constantly on a daily basis. I am on social media just about every day. I use the computer for work, and social media, like Instagram, for taking photos and even my Kindle for reading, watching shows and playing games. How about all of you, do you use these electronics as much as I do? I would honestly be lost if I didn’t have my phone or computer. My phone goes with me every where I go.
Social media has become huge now days. A lot of people are on some kind of social media, whether it’s on their phones or computers. I’m sure many of you are like me, and love to snap photos. I love to use my camera when I’m trying to take some nice quality photos, but I also love using my phone when I’m on the go or wanting to upload photos to Instagram.
Since I use electronics often, I’m always having to charge some of those products. I don’t always have the space to be able to charge more than one item at a time since a lot of my plug-ins are already being used for something else. That usually means I’m charging one thing at a time til it’s fulled charged and I can move on to charging my next item. This can be a real pain and waste a lot of my time.
This is where the Anker PowerPort 2 really comes in handy. This product is a USB charger that can charge two devices at the same time. I actually love to use this to charge my husbands phone along with mine at the same time. He always seems to be wanting to use my charger while we are out in our living room. He has one of those base chargers for his cell phone, so he likes to keep that in the bedroom. It seems that he is always wanting to charge his phone whenever I have mine charging, so that creates a problem. With this USB chargers, we can now charge them together!
You will notice on top it shows a lightening bolt with a 3 next to it, and on the bottom it shows IQ. The one on top (in green) means qualcomm quick charge 3.0 and the one on the bottom means powerIQ. If you want your device to charge quickly, you’ll definitely want to use the quick charge. After charging your device for 35 minutes with a standard charger, it usually gets to about 20%. When you use the quick charge, it will get your device charged up to about 80% in 35 minutes. That’s a lot faster!

Besides using my cell phone a lot, I do wear my Fitbit all the time. I usually don’t have to charge my Fitbit for 2-3 days, which is wonderful, but when I do want to charge it, it’s nice to be able to charge my cell phone at the same time. I have the Fitbit app loaded on my phone, so sometimes I use them both together.
Since it’s the holiday season, I am using some of these devices a lot more. I’m glad to have this Anker USB charger to charge everything quicker. I’d hate to miss a special call during the holidays or to not be able to snap some great photos because of my phone dying. My phone actually does seem to die quickly, so it’s nice to have a product that can charge it up real fast. That means more time for holiday photos of family and friends!
I’m sure many of you will be traveling for the holidays, including myself. Having the Anker PowerPort 2 with me while traveling is a must. I want to make sure everything is charging as quickly as I use them. I don’t want to miss any important photo opportunities. The holidays are the best time for taking photos. I wouldn’t want anything dying on me in the middle of taking a great holiday photo. I always make sure to have my USB charger with me while I’m traveling.

I think I need this in my travel bag, that way when I’m sitting at the airport I can charge and not have to sit at a charging station to do it.

What a great way to charge devices!!! With so many different phones in my house there is always a couple that needs to be charged.

I like that it is a quick charger. So many times my tablet needs charging when I need to take photos.
