Backyard Fun With Rollors

I hope that you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I had a great time being able to celebrate with family and friends. We always love to get together and grill out and play some games. We always bring along some backyard games for everyone to play. That is something that we all enjoy a lot, especially the kids. They seem to always have a lot of fun with it. Getting Everyone Together

This game was very new and different to us. We had not played it before, so it was very fun and interesting to get to learn to play it. In this game it feels like you’re playing horseshoes, bocce ball and bowling at the same time. It’s a lot of fun! I actually had actually got some family and friends together over memorial weekend for a cookout, and we had fun playing Rollors.

Rollors

This game is a very simple game to learn. We have all been enjoying playing a game of Rollors. My family plays it a lot at home as well. What you want to do is get in to teams of two. One team will have red and the other will have blue. You want to place the rollors 25 feet from each other. If you’re playing with younger kids, you can always put them closer. We usually do that with our kids. It’s easier that way for them.

Rolling The Discs

Once you have everything set up, one of the teams starts by rolling their disk. You want to try to do this on a level ground so that they roll easier too. Whichever team gets closest to the goal will get the points. You will see points on the discs, so those are the points that you will end up getting if yours is closest. The discs do have numbers on both sides, so make sure you do the one with it facing up. There are even double points if you hit the cone.

Kids Had A Blast

The kids really had a blast playing the game. They were outside playing for a long time. It is a great way to get everyone together for some backyard fun. It gets all the kids outside to play too. I love it when we can all get outside and have some fun. It can be hard now days to get kids to actually get outdoors and do something. Having fun games like this can be really helpful. We try to do this a lot as a family.

We had such a wonderful memorial weekend playing a game of Rollors and having some amazing food. It was all around a wonderful time. We always enjoy being able to get outdoors and play games together. When you have games like Rollors, you can really have a blast. I love being with my family, and we enjoy playing games a lot. This is something we have done a lot, and hope to continue to keep doing for many years.
