Bacon Chicken Ranch Pasta

28 August, 2014 by KatBp 7 Comments

Ingredients

  • Pasta noodles 1 lb. box (I use rotini)
  • 2-3 cups cut up chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ranch
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz. Shredded cheese
  • 15.25 oz can of corn
  • 4-6 pieces Bacon

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package. Also cook the chicken how you like. I cook my chicken over the stove with a skillet. Once those are done you can put the chicken, corn (drained) and noodles in a dish. I use a 13×9 baking dish. Mix them up.

In a separate bowl mix the milk, ranch and sour cream. Then pour that in the dish as well and mix it all up. Then you’re going to want to put some shredded cheese and bacon on top. I use precooked bacon.

Put it in the oven at 350 degrees. You only have to cook it til the cheese is melted or the bacon is cooked. It only took about 6-10 minutes for mine to cook. ENJOY!
