1. PRIZES. Up to twenty-five thousand (25,000) total winners will be drawn in accordance with the Weekly Entry Pool & Winner Chart in Official Rule #2 above. Each Official Winner will receive one (1) Rio 2 – themed #4 Soccer Ball. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $21.99. Total ARV of all Prizes: $549,750.00. Winner reserves the right to award less than 25,000 prizes if there are less than the specific number of entries as listed under the Number of Winners per Weekly Entry Pool category as set forth in the Weekly Entry Pool & Winner Chart in Official Rule #2 above, or if Sponsor is unable to verify each Potential Winner.Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the Prize and the acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Prizes and any portion thereof are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. In the event that an Official Winner chooses not to accept his/her Prize, or is unable to be notified, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries in that Weekly Entry Pool.
