The candle arrived in a very nice looking box. Most candles I get just come wrapped up in bubble wrap, so this was very nice for a chance. I love that they made it look really nice by putting it inside a box. It gives it a great look. The candle scent I had chosen for review is fruit punch. I love fruity scents, so I knew I had to choose this one. I also have to say that this is one of the best candles I’ve had so far. I really love their jars. They’re so nice looking with the jar and lid. I actually really love the lid the most. It’s got a little ball at the top so it’s easier to remove the lid.
The candle I received is pink, which is one of my favorite colors, so I love that. At first I wasn’t so sure about the scent of this candle, but after a while it turned out that I really loved the scent. I think once it was burning is when I really started to like it. I would explain this has having a very nice citrus scent. If you love citrus fruit punch, than this would be the perfect candle for you.
Of course I was so excited when I got the time to burn my candle. This is the most exciting part about having this candle. Being able to burn it and wait for the jewelry to show.
It didn’t take to long to get to the foil package. It was right in the middle of the candle and I didn’t even have to burn the candle half way. Sometimes it’s nice to be able to get your jewelry out quicker. I know some people love to dig for theirs instead of wait for it to burn. I always wait for mine to burn, so that I can still burn the candle afterwards and it’s not all dug in to.
I received this beautiful sterling silver yellow stone ring. I’ve never had a ring with a yellow stone before, so this was really nice. I love that it’s very simple too. I usually go for the simple yet beautiful rings.

Love my bellacandle. I also got a yellow stone but setting was down in thicker silver band. Very pretty and my fruity smelling candle was awesome too. I ordered 4 more 😉

I’m honestly not sure. I believe they just send a ring and you can’t choose the size.
Does anyone know if the stones are real or are they just glass? Also solid sterling silver or silver plated?
My girlfriend ordered a candle and was unknowingly signed up into monthly subscription. They take $49.99 monthly and $2.99 at compete random intervals. She has tried multiple times to cancel but on the one occasion out of literally hundreds of phone calls that someone actually answered, she was told they could not find her account. They have no problems taking money from our bank account however. This is beyond ridiculous. We are on the process of taking legal measures to have these random charges stopped.
I am in the same situation. I cancelled my debit card but just got another charge! I don’t know what to do now.
I ordered from them almost 2 months ago and never received anything I’ve emailed them repeatedly about it they said the send them my order I.d.which I did and they stopped replying after I sent my I.d. But they charged my account.
I’m having the same problem I ordered from them On May 4th and still haven’t received my candle I’m called and got the same recording I’ve left my name and number and no one has returned my calls
I thought I ordered a candle,but got a bar of soap $19.99 +shipping ($27.98). with a cheap ass ring, I wondered where the code was so I could check they informed me that soaps & specialty soaps don’t get a code. They are a rip off!!!!!!

I don’t think they have codes. I think you have to get it appraised from a jeweler.
DO NOT BUY !!!! I haven’t received a soap I ordered and when I visit the site and look under my orders it isn’t even on there but it shows up on my debit card charges. I paid for an item that I am never going to receive because they didn’t record me purchasing it but they didn’t hesitate to charge me for it. There was also no code on my ring and IT TURNED MY FINGER GREEN WITHIN THREE HOURS!!!!
Just wanted to give anyone considering ordering from this company a heads up. I got a link in an email for a free candle from this company. All I had to do was pay shipping so I thought okay why not give it a try. Well a month later and I get a charge on my credit card for $49.99 and then a separate charge of $2.99. Unbeknownst to me they signed me up for a monthly Club program as they call it when I talked to them. They insisted that I had to have accepted the agreement or I would not have gotten the Free candle. I always read the fine print and no where is it on their site. Were you able to cancel and if so how did you do it. I am in the same predicament as you. I can’t find anything on their site. Like you when I order never was there anything that said they were going to charge my credit card $49.99. I’m at a loss right.
I ordered two candles for my mom on mothers day. Candles were nice but we’re delivered 360 miles away. Customer service would not correct the problem and in fact had three different answers for what took place. My first encounter with bella candles customer service resulting in them saying they needed to call me back which they never did. The second call resulted in a disconnect. The third call was useless as they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, was turned down.
My wife ordered a candle and it was never delivered. They told her to choose another but she refused. The agreed to cancel her order yet still charged her. This is a buyer beware operation.
