PRIZES. Up to six thousand (6,000) total winners will be drawn during the entire Sweepstakes Period with the maximum amount of Potential Winners for each Weekly Sweepstakes indicated in the chart above. Each Official Winner will receive one (1) SpongeBob SquarePants-themed plush backpack and one (1) Patrick Star-themed plush backpack (collectively referenced herein as a “Prize“). Approximate retail value (“ARV“) of each Prize: $35.00. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $210,000.00.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the Prize and the acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) Prize per household.
Sponsor is not responsible for any mechanical difficulties or failure connected with the Sweepstakes, the Prizes, or any act or omission whatsoever. Prizes and any portion thereof are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. In the event that an Official Winner chooses not to accept his/her Prize, or is unable to be notified, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries of the corresponding Weekly Sweepstakes.
