1. Egg-cellent Adventures: The next time you go to a restaurant, think about the food you’re ordering. Is it usually the same thing? That’s how it usually goes for me. I usually order the same food and never want to switch it up. Well, I have a dare for you. The next time you go to a restaurant and order a burger or even a stir fry, ask them to top it off with a fried egg or two. Do you think you could do this? It’s great for protein as well as satisfying your hunger.
2. Farm to Fork: Next time you’re at a restaurant look for some tender meats or locally produced cheeses. Order something with a beet or two for added super food bonus.
3. Tea Time, All the Time: Take a trip to an Asian fusion restaurant. Check for tea-smoked pork, ribs or stir fry. For an added bonus try a hot sauce like sriracha.
