Have you ever really thought about your breathing? I don’t think about it to often, but it’s probably something you should think about more. We all breathe, but how well are you actually breathing? I’m sure many of us never really think about our breathing until something goes wrong and then that’s when you start to really think about it. Maybe you have an illness where it is harder for you to breathe. Health issues are something we all need to be aware of. My youngest has asthma, so it’s a bit harder for her to breath at times. What is FEND?
I recently heard about a product called FEND, which is something that got me really interested in learning more about. Usage Tips:
1. Follow the packaging guidelines for use and storage of FEND.
2. To use, place 2–3 fingers on top of the device with your thumb on the bottom. This evenly applied pressure will help create a more consistent mist when you squeeze the device together. (Note, it will take a few pumps to get the solution to create your first mist.)
3. Hold the FEND upright and close to your face. If used angled backward, you may experience what’s called a “drool” where a bit of liquid builds up near the nozzle. If this happens, simply shake out the “drool” to allow the mist to come out.
4. If you squeeze it too fast or slow, you may not receive the full mist. You may feel a small click when you press the FEND together all the way and you’ll notice this stops the mist.
The product is really simple to use, and I love that about it. I really like how fine the mist is and that it doesn’t have to go directly up your nose. It’s nice that you can just spray it close to your face and have the mist do the work. Once you spray it, it’s like a nice breath of fresh air. I was very relived that you didn’t actually have to have it like an actual nasal spray because honestly, I’m not very comfortable with nasal sprays. I’m very glad this is a nice mist.
