Prizes:

a. Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

b. Instant Win Game Prizes: Brew Over Ice Variety K-Cup® Sampler Pack. ARV: $16.49, a total of 50,000 packs available for instant wins and Brew Over Ice branded tumblers. ARV: $5.95, a total of 1,000 tumblers available for instant wins.  Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays divided by the number of prizes available. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person. Winners will receive their prizes 8-10 weeks after accepting the prize.
