AVAILABLE PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV’S”) AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE: Grand Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and guest to Los Angeles, CA to have dinner (at a Sponsor selected restaurant) with Sir Mix-a-Lot and winner will receive a two (2) year supply of Charmin, awarded in the form of (12) $10 coupons. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, two (2) night hotel accommodations based on double occupancy and dinner (up to $150 worth of food/non-alcoholic drinks for winner and guest) with Sir Mix-a-Lot (depending on availability) and $500 spending money for the winner awarded in the form of a check. The winner also has the opportunity to take photographs with Sir Mix-a-Lot as well as get his autograph. Ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and to/from hotel/dinner is also included. In the event that the dinner with Sir Mix-a-Lot is not able to take place due to unavailability or for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Grand Prize winner will receive the remainder of the prize excluding the Sir Mix-a-Lot portion and no further compensation will be provided.  The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500. Trip must be taken on specific dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change.  Sponsor will determine all portions of prize, including duration of time spent with Sir Mix-a-Lot.  Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. If winner resides within approximately 150-miles from destination city, he/she will receive ground transportation to/from destination or a Sponsor-specified travel stipend and will not receive additional compensation of any kind in conjunction with such prize substitution. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. Failure to obtain required travel documents by Grand Prize winner or their guest may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate selection. Guest of Grand Prize winner (or winner as parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor and winner’s child/charge) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure and grants permission for his/her name and likeness to be featured in any and all media relating to the Contest. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within such prize descriptions and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Runner Up Prizes (20):  Charmin for two (2) years, awarded in the form of (12) $10 coupons. The ARV of each Runner Up Prize is $120.Weekly Random Drawing Prizes: Week 1 (20): A $25 iTunes Gift Card. The ARV of each Week 1 Prize is $25. Week 2 (10):A Toilet Paper Holding Tablet PC Stand. The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are 1:144. The ARV of prizes listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prizes are awarded. Coupons are subject to any expiration dates/restrictions set forth on coupon. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize not specified herein as being awarded.
