Ingredients:
- 6-10 Red Potatoes Depending on Size(any potatoes would do fine)
- 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/8 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- Pre-cooked Bacon
- Shredded Cheese
- Green Onions
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut up the potatoes. I usually cut them in to eighths. You’ll then want to put the cut up potatoes in an 8×8 casserole dish. Meanwhile you can mix the ranch, milk and sour cream in a separate bowl. Once you have those mixed up, pour it over the potatoes and mix them up well. Next you will want to sprinkle on some shredded cheese. You can use however much you like. I probably used about one cup. It all depends on your preference. Then I used pre-cooked bacon and broke them in little pieces and sprinkled on top as well as the green onions. Bake this for about 30 minutes. It might take longer. I use a fork to test the potatoes to see if it goes all the way through. ENJOY!
