Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 3 Cups Elbow Noodles
  • 28 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Bag of Frozen Onion/Peppers (I used the Recipe Ready brand. You could use fresh peppers and onions too.)
  • 7 oz. Bag of Shredded Cheese (I used Mozzarella)
  • 1/2 TBSP Minced Garlic (You could use garlic cloves too. I would use 2-3 cloves)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

 Instructions:

Cook the noodles as instructed on the box. In a frying pan, fry up the hamburger, onions, peppers and garlic. Drain out the grease. Once the noodles are finished cooking drain them out and add the hamburger mixture as well as the diced tomatoes and cheese. You can add salt and pepper to taste. I usually just add the salt and pepper after I put mine in a bowl. Over medium-low heat with all ingredients together, cook for about 6-8 minutes. Make sure to stir often so it doesn’t stick. Serve and ENJOY!
