As many of you know I’ve been trying to eat healthier and exercise more. I’m not looking to lose weight but I’m looking to gain more muscle and just feel better all around. I’d love to have more energy and be able to actually get up in the morning without being so tired. I was lucky enough to have the chance to review the Lose 12 Inches with Any 12 Workouts.
I got emails every day for a month with different challenges that I was supposed to do. Sometimes they would have different exercises that you could do each day and sometimes it was just these simple things. I know one thing that was difficult was to go through your food and throw out all the bad items. I know this can be very challenging for many of us. I really love some of the different exercises that I was taught. When I say exercises I’m not always referring to a physical exercise. I also mean different tasks that you are suppose to do.
I have learned so much through this journey. I now watch what I eat and always check the ingredients. I make sure to go with what has lower fats and sugars in them. I always knew that fat and sugar was bad for you, but I never knew how much you were suppose to put in your body each day. I have been taught that you shouldn’t have more than 50 grams of sugar a day. This is something I never knew but it’s also something I should have known. We all know sugar is bad for us but did you know that’s all the sugar you are supposed to have each day? I certainly didn’t know this til I took on this program.
If you find that you don’t have enough time to exercise, just wake up about a half hour to an hour earlier or go to bed later. This way you can put in the time to exercise. I’ve been exercising daily and I can already feel the difference. I have so much more energy and I feel great. I can now wake up without feeling very tired. I used to just lay in bed because I didn’t want to wake up.
Just remember, I wasn’t looking to really lose weight, but I can tell you that this program has really helped me out. It’s a great way to get back in to shape and learn some new things along the way. Exercise really does help you throughout the day. Being able to eat the right foods is also great. You have to be willing to eat healthy and exercise to be able to lose those inches. All of these workouts that were done are very helpful.

Why didn’t you say anything about the workouts and if you actually lost 12 inches?

If you read through my post again you’ll see that I wasn’t looking to lose weight. I’m just trying to maintain my current weight.
