My daughters and I recently put together a fun and exciting CurliGirls Hair Styling Party. They invited over some friends to try out these new CurliGirls dolls. These dolls are amazing! The kids were able to curl their hair, straighten it back out and then curl it again. It was such a fun experience for everyone. We actually put together a couple different parties, that way everyone was able to come and enjoy it.

Everyone was very excited for this party to begin. This was the first time we have all heard of these dolls, and everyone was excited to try them out and play with them. All the kids were the most excited about seeing how the hair would curl.
To get the dolls hair to curl, all you have to do is pull on the hair. If you pull and wait a couple of seconds and then let go, the hair will curl. It’s a really neat idea and the kids love doing this.
Curling The Hair
Depending on the way you want it to curl, you can do just part of the hair, or all of it. It’s all up to you how you want to have the hair curled. I think it’s really neat seeing the kids curl all of the hair. It turns out really curly. I’ve seen some of them do just half the hair too, and that looks really different as well. If you don’t want as much of a curl, you can pull on just a section of the hair too.
As you can see, the girls were having a lot of fun curling the dolls hair. That was their favorite part about these dolls. That and the fact that they can keep doing this over and over again.
Straighten The Hair Back Again
By doing this over and over again, I mean they can straighten the hair back and start curling again. Isn’t that amazing?! All you need is some warm/hot water to put the hair in and it will straighten. There is a certain temperature you need to have this at for it to work correctly. It worked great for us, and the kids were able to curl the hair all over again. They loved it!
All three of these dolls that are pictured above, were the result of washing out the curls. You want to make sure you dry the hair off and wait a bit before starting to curl them again. All the girls were so excited about this part. It was great seeing the whole process of the hair curling and straightening it all back out again. It’s such a neat idea.
Party!
I ended up having a couple of different parties because not all the kids were able to get together at the same time. This worked out great for us though. During one of them, the girls wanted to play in the tent, so this made for a wonderful tent party with the CurliGirls dolls. They had so much fun playing with their CurliGirl Dolls while being in the tent. I’m glad they were able to do this.
These dolls even came with some fun accessories. Kids are able to put clips in their hair as well as beads. This made them a lot of fun as well. All the kids loved being able to do the dolls hair. I thought that was a wonderful touch. My kids especially love when they can do dolls hair, so it was nice to be able to see this with these dolls too.
They even came with stands for the dolls. Now they can all stand up and show off all the amazing hair! How fun is this?!
All the kids had such an amazing time at this get together. These dolls are a lot of fun, and we hope that you all like them as well. You can create some great hairstyles with them all. It sure is exciting see what everyone comes up with. You can purchase your own from Walmart, Target or Amazon.
