5. MONTHLY PRIZES. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award a total of five (5) monthly prizes by random drawing. Limit one (1) monthly prize per entrant.

a. RANDOM DRAWING. Sponsor will award five (5) total monthly sweepstakes prizes. Monthly sweepstakes prize is:

Duck Dynasty Survival Kit (fans that earn more than 1,000 points will be entered to win one of 5 prize packs): Duck Call, Si’s Tea Cup, S1/S2 DVD, Duck Scout Patch (ARV 55.00)

At the end of each Monthly Prize Period, on each drawing date described in Section 1 above, Sponsor will randomly select winners from all entrants who earned one thousand (1,000) points during the applicable Monthly Prize Period.

6. WEEKLY PRIZES. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award a total of six (6) weekly prizes based on the judging criteria set forth below. Limit two (2) weekly prizes per entrant.

 

a. TOP POINTS JUDGING CRITERIA. Sponsor will award six (6) total top points weekly contest prizes (2 per period). Prizes are:

· Mention: the top two users with the most points each week will receive a mention (ARV $10.00)

At the end of each Weekly Prize Period, on each selection date described in Section 1 above, Sponsor will rank entrants from highest to lowest with respect to total points accrued during the applicable Weekly Prize Period in order to determine the Members who accrued the most points during the applicable period. Subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and the validity of points earned via Qualifying Activities, entrants (number per period specified above) that accumulate the most points in each applicable Weekly Prize Period will win a monthly contest prize. In the event of a tie between entrants, the winner, as between the tied entrants, will be the entrant who first accrued the tied, aggregate number of points.

b. TOP RECRUITS JUDGING CRITERIA. Sponsor will award six (6) total weekly recruiting contest prizes (2 per period). Prizes are:

At the end of each Weekly Prize Period, on each selection date described in Section 1 above, Sponsor will rank entrants from highest to lowest with respect to total users recruited during the applicable Weekly Prize Period in order to determine the Members who accrued the most users recruited during the applicable period. Subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and the validity of Qualifying Activities, entrants (number per period specified above) that accumulate the most users recruited in each applicable Weekly Prize Period will win a weekly recruiting contest prize. In the event of a tie between entrants, the winner, as between the tied entrants, will be the entrant who first accrued the tied, aggregate number of recruits.

c. TOP RE-TWEETS JUDGING CRITERIA. Sponsor will award two (2) total weekly re-tweet contest prizes (1 per period). Prizes are:

· Duck Dynasty Super Scout – beard profile picture. Top fan bi-weekly that has the most retweets will receive a custom beard image. (ARV 15.00)

At the end of each Bi-weekly Prize Period, on each selection date described in Section 1 above, Sponsor will rank entrants from highest to lowest with respect to total re-tweets during the applicable Bi-weekly Prize Period in order to determine the Members who accrued the most re-tweets during the applicable period. Subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and the validity of Qualifying Activities, entrants (number per period specified above) that accumulate the most re-tweets in each applicable Bi-weekly Prize Period will win a weekly recruiting contest prize. In the event of a tie between entrants, the winner, as between the tied entrants, will be the entrant who first accrued the tied, aggregate number of re-tweets.
