My daughter Mercades (my oldest) is turning 12 in a little over a week. I thought this would be a great time to make something fun for her. With everything going on this past year, I wanted to make this a very special birthday for her. She’s getting to the point where she just wants to have a sleepover with very few friends and celebrate that way. I’m completely fine with that too. This year may be a bit different though, and we may not get to have that sleepover either until things start to settle down. Since we’re not sure on having anyone over yet or not, Entenmann’s Little Bites Soft Baked Cookies are going to make for some great goodies for some of her friends. The mini party cake cookies are the perfect ones to enjoy during a birthday celebrations.

These Little Bites mini party cake cookies are perfect for birthday parties. A great way to celebrate your child’s birthday with them. These cookies are sweet just like cake, which makes them perfect for parties. We loved how these tasted sweet like a cake, which is one of the reasons we wanted to do a birthday with them. They were the right choice of treats for my daughters birthday. They fit in well with birthdays because of their appearance and taste.
We had so much fun having a little family celebration with these cookies. I wanted to have a small gathering with just those in the household for this, and it turned out great. My daughters and I celebrated with the Little Bites Soft Baked Cookies. We also had some fun party decorations and even made a wonderful cake with these cookies! We had a wonderful time.

These cookies reminded us of sprinkles and confetti! A great treat to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Great for handing out to all her friends with a fun goodie bag too. That way they can all enjoy some of the goodness.
My daughters and I wanted to make something fun with the Little Bites Soft Baked Cookies. Since Mercades (my oldest) has a birthday coming up real soon, we decided to use these cookies to make her a cake. All we did for this was make a vanilla cake and add sprinkles inside the batter, frost it, add some sprinkles on the side and top and then top it off with the cookies. It was amazing!
Sprinkle Cookie Birthday Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Cake (recipe of your choice, we did vanilla)
- Sprinkles
- 1 box Little Bites Soft Baked Mini Party Cake Cookies
- Frosting (Your choice. I made buttercream)
Instructions
- Bake a cake however you'd like. We did a simple vanilla cake.
- Add in some sprinkles to the cake batter. You can add in however many you'd like.
- Bake your cake
- Frost the cake. We used buttercream because it's our favorite.
- Now add sprinkles on top as well as on the sides of the cake. It can be tricky getting the sides and it does take a lot of work and time to do so. We did the best we could.
- You can now add the cookies on top! We just pushed them down slightly so that they stuck in the cake.

For the longest time, Little Bites were the only Entnemann’s products available in my area. Now we have fruit pies, pound cakes, and one store even has coffee pods. We are still a way off from the full Entenmann’s experience, but we are moving in the right direction.

I like the fact that Entenmanns doesn’t use high fructose corn syrup or preservatives in these cookies. It’s nice that their chocolate chip cookies are made with real chocolate, as well. The individual packages are nice for both portion control and keeping the cookies fresh, rather than a big package that goes stale before you can eat them all.
