Prizes:
a. Instant Win Game: TEN (10) INSTANT WIN GAME FIRST PRIZES: A Eureka AirSpeed
ULTRA vacuum, model AS4008A. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $129. Odds of winning
an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of Instant Win prizes available divided by
the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per
person.
b. Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2013 Mazda Miata MX-5 Sport. Sponsor will
determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior,
and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and
paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of
insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer
preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take
delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. ARV: $26,000.
For all prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor,
in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize,
or a portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any
reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or
use. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit: One (1) prize per person. If
by reason of human or technical error more prizes are claimed in any category than the
number set forth in these official rules, all those with purported prize claim will be placed in
a random drawing to awarded the advertised number of prizes. Under no circumstances will
more prizes be awarded than the number set forth in these official rules.
