Today is day 1 of The Fresh Diet. I just wanted to share with you all the food I was provided with for today.
Breakfast: Honey Lavender Waffles and Turkey Bacon.
Lunch: Asian Style Chicken Salad with Bean Sprouts, Celery, Baby Corn, Boston Lettuce & Thai Peanut Dressing.
Snacks: Chocolate French Macarons and Petite Strawberry Banana Cheesecake.
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast with Chili Pineapple Sauce. Sides: Spanish Style Brown Rice and Steamed Broccoli.
